Land Rovers

Thinking of restoring or rebuilding a vintage Land Rover?  At Robison Service, we have been taking care of Land Rovers for 35 years. There is nothing we have not done.

In addition to our extensive mechanical shop, we have full CNC machine shop capabilities that allows us to make parts that can't be found anywhere else. We can repair and machine a wide range of metals and plastics, and we use 3D printing to replicate NLW pieces of plastic trim, and even plastic fittings under the hood.

Our company pioneered the use of flanged liners and block welding to save 1987-2004 V8 motors. Today we convert engines for studs instead of head bolts, and we step 4.0 motors to 4.6 and beyond. In the diesel domain, we are familiar with all the variants from the early 2.25 Series units to the 300TDI and TD5, and our modern Jaguar/Land Rover shop takes care of the new engines, including Ingenium.

Our body shop partners have BASF mixing and painting capabilities, and we can fabricate anything needed on body and frame.  We are experts in partial frame repair and reconstruction and have proper jigs for precision alignment.

Our trim people can handle anything from minor repairs to complete interior reconstruction.  We can make new cushions and covers, repair or rebuild frames, add seat heat and other functions, and do anything else you may imagine inside

If you have a Range Rover or other model with wood trim, I invite you to check out our show-winning woodwork capabilities, in conjunction with Will Rau of Los Angeles.

Call John Robison at 413-785-1665 to discuss your project, or visit us at 347 Page Boulevard in Springfield, MA. We always have interesting projects underway and take new work as our schedule permits.
